Client Stories
A selection of work across commercial, operational and stakeholder-focused challenges.
Each engagement reflects a different starting point—but a consistent approach: bringing clarity to complexity, aligning priorities and translating strategy into structured, practical delivery.
Client: NHS Provider
A three-year managed service engagement to strengthen procurement visibility, governance and control across a complex NHS environment.
At the outset, supplier arrangements were fragmented across teams, with limited oversight and significant audit exposure. Elon Group worked across 12+ business units to introduce structure, improve engagement and bring procurement into a more strategic role.
Y3 Transformation
The programme moved from urgent control to long-term capability.
Early activity focused on identifying risk, securing critical renewals and establishing a baseline. Over time, this evolved into embedded governance, centralised reporting and structured tender delivery—raising contract visibility from 30% to 90%.
Industry: Public Sector
Procurement in healthcare requires both compliance and continuity of service.
Through a combination of governance, stakeholder engagement and practical delivery, £20M in annual spend was brought under structured management—supporting stronger financial oversight, reduced risk and improved organisational confidence.
Client: Charity
A growing organisation needed a clearer route to market to support referrals, funding and partnerships.
While the mission was strong, positioning, messaging and audience clarity were fragmented—making it harder to communicate value and build consistent visibility.
Marketing Foundations
Elon Group worked to bring structure to the organisation’s market presence—clarifying stakeholder groups, refining positioning and defining a practical communication strategy.
This created a clearer foundation for how the organisation shows up, engages its audience and supports future growth.
Purpose-Led Charity
Purpose-led organisations rely on trust, clarity and alignment.
Through structured insight and practical strategy, the organisation moved from broad, undefined messaging to a more focused and actionable growth approach—supporting stronger credibility, engagement and early-stage development.
Client: Local Authority Early Years Service
Partnered with senior leadership within Children’s Services to strengthen the operational delivery and governance of Free Education Entitlement funding.
The engagement focused on improving consistency, assurance and confidence in funding decisions across a distributed network of early years providers
Operations & Delivery Improvement
Led the design and pilot of a more structured, technology-enabled funding model, introducing a clear assessment and grading framework aligned to policy and funding requirements.
This included evidencing and validating provider submissions, engaging directly with early years settings to challenge and strengthen assessment quality, and supporting the onboarding of delivery capability to extend the model into wider consultancy activity.
Public Sector / Education
Operating within a regulated public sector environment, the work required a balance of compliance, data integrity and practical delivery.
The outcome was a more consistent, transparent and scalable approach to funding assessment—supporting stronger governance, improved decision-making and greater organisational confidence.
